The Injector Collective is a membership-based medspa model where independent aesthetic injectors rent turnkey treatment suites and run their own practices under one roof. Founded by Dr. Ben Tracy, MD, the model eliminates the $200K+ startup barrier for injectors while giving clients access to multiple expert providers in a luxury setting.

Unlike traditional medspas where injectors are employees, each provider at The Injector Collective is an independent business owner. This means they are personally invested in your results and have the freedom to practice the way they believe is best.

**How much does Botox cost?**
Botox pricing varies by provider and the number of units needed. Typical treatment areas range from 20-60 units. Contact your chosen injector directly for personalized pricing. At The Injector Collective, each provider sets their own rates.

**How long does Botox last?**
Botox typically lasts 3-4 months, though results vary by individual. Regular treatments may extend the duration over time as muscles adapt. First-time patients sometimes see shorter initial results.

**Does Botox hurt?**
Most patients describe Botox as a tiny pinch. The needles used are extremely fine. Some providers offer numbing cream or ice for comfort. The entire treatment usually takes 10-15 minutes.

**How long do lip fillers last?**
Lip fillers typically last 6-12 months depending on the product used and individual metabolism. Juvederm Volbella and Restylane Kysse are popular options for lip enhancement.

**What's the difference between Botox and Dysport?**
Both are neurotoxins that relax muscles to reduce wrinkles. Botox has a longer track record, while Dysport may spread more and work faster (2-3 days vs 4-7 days). Your injector can recommend which is best for your goals.

**What's the difference between Juvederm and Restylane?**

**How much does it cost to start a medspa?**
Traditional medspa startup costs exceed $200,000. At The Injector Collective, you can start with a bo|curious membership at $900/month — or try a single 4-hour block for $300.

**Do I need a medical director?**
Yes, in Utah, nurse injectors (RNs, NPs) need medical director oversight. The Injector Collective offers Medical Director Services as a $500/month add-on, handling compliance so you can focus on patients.

**Can I bring my own clients?**
Absolutely. Your clients are YOUR clients. You run your own practice, set your own prices, and build your own brand. The suite and support infrastructure are simply provided for you.

**What's included in the membership?**
Every membership includes: turnkey treatment suites, medical-grade equipment, reception services, patient scheduling, legal & compliance setup, utilities, and access to the provider network. No hidden fees.

**How is this different from booth rental?**

## TRAINING ACADEMY (FOR ASPIRING INJECTORS)

The Injector Collective Training Academy is Utah's boutique aesthetic injector training program. All courses are taught at the flagship Lehi, UT medspa (139 N Hunters Grove Lane, Ste 125, Lehi, UT 84043) with MD oversight from Dr. Ben Tracy, MD. Small classes (capped at 10 students) with live model practice on real patients.

### Who Can Enroll
Utah law requires an active medical license to inject Botox or dermal fillers. Our training courses are open to:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) — must inject under a supervising prescriber
- Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- Physician Assistants (PAs)
- Physicians (MDs, DOs)

**Dermal Filler Training — $1,795 (2 days)**
Comprehensive midface and lip dermal filler course. Day 1 is didactic training; Day 2 is hands-on with live models. Covers midface anatomy and injection points, lip augmentation techniques, safety protocols and emergency management, certificate of completion.
