    The Injector Collective provides aesthetic treatment spaces, business support, and membership programs for licensed injectors and medspa professionals. We also offer aesthetic services to patients including injectables, skin treatments, and laser services.

    All medical and aesthetic services are performed by licensed professionals. Results may vary. Services are subject to availability and may require a consultation prior to treatment.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    4. SMS Messaging Terms

    By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from The Injector Collective. These messages may include:

    • Appointment confirmations and reminders
    • Post-visit follow-up communications
    • Promotional messages about services, events, and special offers
    • Membership and billing notifications
    • General practice updates

    Opt-In Methods

    You may opt in to receive SMS messages through either of the following methods:

    Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and interactions with our services.

    Opt-Out & Re-Subscribe

    Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us.

    Re-Subscribe: If you have opted out and wish to receive messages again, you may re-subscribe by texting START to our number or by opting in again through our booking form or check-in process.

    Supported Carriers & Liability

    SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    5. Provider Membership Terms

    Provider memberships are subject to the following terms:

    • Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your enrollment date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • Add-Ons: Optional add-on services (e.g., Mentorship, Marketing Support, Medical Director Services) are billed separately and may be added or removed with 30 days' notice.
    • Block Access: Trial block access is available for up to 2 blocks per month during a 6-month introductory period, after which enrollment in a membership tier is required.
    • Facility Use: Members agree to maintain the treatment spaces in professional condition and comply with all facility policies.

    6. Patient Membership Terms

    Patient membership programs (if applicable) are governed by the specific membership agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Membership benefits, pricing, and terms vary by program and tier.

    7. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
    • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the provider's discretion.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

    8. Payments

    Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit/debit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment processors. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of The Injector Collective and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Injector Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that you have been informed of potential risks and side effects through the informed consent process.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Injector Collective, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
