A Two Day Advanced Injector Intensive with Dr. Ben Tracy MD

The lower face and neck are where injectors make their reputation or lose it. This is the terrain of asymmetric smiles, flattened jaws, banded necks, and mentalis chins that look pebbled in every selfie. It is also the region where most training programs stop short.

This two day intensive goes where the weekend courses will not. You will learn the anatomy, the dosing logic, and the hand skills to treat the lower third with confidence, backed by evidence and refined through a decade of clinical iteration.

You will leave with three proprietary Tracy techniques, a working framework for needle versus cannula selection, and live ultrasound guided anatomy that most injectors have never seen on a screen.

Day One: Didactics and Lower Face Neurotoxin

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Morning didactics cover the full neuromodulator menu for the lower third:

Nefertiti lift and neck lift protocols
Platysmal band treatment
DAO release for oral commissure elevation
Masseter reduction with safe dosing ladders
Lateral pterygoid for TMD adjacent presentations
Mentalis for chin dimpling and lip incompetence

Afternoon is live injecting on models. You work the techniques you learned that morning under direct supervision.

Day Two: Lower Face and Neck Filler

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

All filler, all live models. You rotate through:

The Cutting Corners Technique for oral commissure lift
The Female Jaw Rejuvenation Technique for contour without masculinization
The Tracy Triangle Neck Technique for cervicomental definition
Chin projection and pogonion work
Marionette correction layered with neurotoxin
Buccal fat pad replenishment for the gaunt midface that reads older than the patient is

Built Into Every Session

Needle versus cannula decision framework for each region you treat
Live ultrasound anatomy so you can see the facial artery, submental artery, and the danger zones you have only read about
Vascular safety protocols and hyaluronidase flooding drills
Small group format. Ten injectors maximum. You will inject, not watch.

Who This Is For

Injectors with at least twelve months of hands on experience who want to move past upper face comfort zones and own the lower third. Physicians, NPs, PAs, and RNs welcome. This is not an entry level course.
