The Short Answer
The Injector Collective (TIC) is a turnkey ownership platform for independent aesthetic injectors. It gives licensed RNs, NPs, and MDs everything they need to own and operate their own aesthetic practice — without the $200K+ startup costs, operational complexity, or professional isolation that typically comes with going independent.
What It Includes
- Luxury, turnkey treatment suites — fully equipped and move-in ready
- Full business operations — reception, scheduling, EMR, payment processing
- Medical director coverage and clinical compliance
- Hands-on training and continuing education programs
- Group purchasing power for injectables and supplies
- A collaborative community of peer injectors (case reviews, referrals, mentorship)
- Marketing support and patient demand generation
Who It's For
Licensed aesthetic professionals — Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Medical Doctors (MDs) — who perform cosmetic injectable and aesthetic treatments. Whether you're leaving a medspa employer, transitioning from clinical nursing, or already independent and looking for better infrastructure, TIC is built for you.
What It Is Not
Not a franchise
No royalties. No brand control. You build your own brand and keep your clients.
Not a suite rental
Suite rentals give you a room and a key. TIC gives you a complete business platform.
Not a traditional medspa
We don't employ injectors. Every provider is an independent practitioner.
Not an MLM or network
No recruitment incentives. No tiered commissions. Just professional standards and shared infrastructure.
The Business Model
Members pay a monthly membership fee (ranging from $600 to $5,000 depending on tier and access level). In return, they receive a fully operational treatment suite and the entire business platform. Members set their own prices, collect their own payments, and keep their revenue. There is no revenue share.
